The
factory covers the total area of 288,000sqm, including production
building area 182,000sqm. It has the national first-class
10 production lines in welding, coating, pressing, assembly,
testing and packing. The annual motorcycle production capability
is 800,000 units and annual engine production capability is
500,000 units.
Technology
Development
Kingring has
formed research centers with Zhejiang University, Chongqing
University and Tianjin University and a research institute
was formed with more than 100 technology cadremans since 1995,
including masters and senior engineers, to develop new products.
By now, Kingring has developed more than 100 types of motorcycles,
tricycles and engines with "Kingring (Xinlun)" brand.

Improvement
For
more than 10 years, Kingring motorcycle keeps pace with
the leading motorcycle enterprises and gained many quality
honors. The company thinks much of the products quality
such as the motorcycles' stable, endurance more than the
Gold cups or Silver cups. Everything is for the practicality--We
are absorbed in new technology and new technics for manufacturing
motorcycles not in the coxcombry or things like that .Our
motorcycles have approached the world first-class brand
by using the excellent parts, which have made a break through
in the engine, endurance, the gas-consuming etc.
Management
System
By
the perfect management system, such as quality responsibility
system, cost check system, performance encouragement system
were introduced into Kingring, encouragement mechanism and
competitive mechanism have formed throughout the company.
To personalize the management, concept of “Human-oriented”
was introduced into the management system. By focusing on
